Remember when using the bulk query tool in CUCM if you mix phone models in your query you may get a reduced set of options to choose from.

For instance when my query included both 7841s and an IP Comm device Web Access was not an option. Did the query as 7841s only and it’s there…. Strange since IP Comm has web access option, but whatever.
